Car: 1947 Mercury Convertible
After initially deciding not to produce any cars in 1947, Mercury had a change of heart and the 1947 edition convertible was born. Mercury was a division of Ford motor cars and during this time, Mercury and Ford cars were very similar. In fact, aside from some minor design differences, the cars looked identical at first glance! Ford also owned the Lincoln car brand, and during the late 1940s after WW2 it brought together the Lincoln and Mercury to form the Lincoln-Mercury company.

Celebrating the golden age of pinups during the 1940s, these classic pinups have been carefully shot and finished to mimic the classic style made famous by artists such as George Petty and Alberto Vargas. Fun and often downright goofy, these pinups portray the girl next door and her adventures through the 1940s. Prints in many different sizes are available!
